Residents have asked a court whether the Town followed the law when it approved Inspiration Wharf. Their Article 78 petition was filed in Nassau County Supreme Court on August 13, 2026. What comes next is the Town’s answer, the full record the Board relied on, briefing, and argument before a judge. Donations pay for attorneys, court costs, and expert review, and carry the case through to a decision.
